Modelling the Steam Temperature Distribution in CATHENA and Its Application to Pressure Tube Circumferential Temperature Distribution Analysis
Main Article Content
Abstract
A steam temperature distribution model has been proposed for the two-phase thermalhydraulic code CATHENA for the simulation of fuel channel flow stagnation situations. Data measured from four pressure tube circumferential temperature distribution experiments have been used to verify this model. Good agreements between experimental data and simulated results were obtained.
