Nuclear Power Safety Initiatives

Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to provide an overview of the U.S. nuclear industry's safety initiatives through INPO, to review U.S. utility progress in several important areas, and to provide information about industry performance indicators. These indicators are designed to assist utilities in tracking their progress and, concurrently, to give an indication of the progress the industry is making in improving safety and reliability.
