Abstract

We would like to share with you this morning some of our experience and some of the results of our research and analysis in advising clients in relation to their work for nuclear installations.

Your program director had indicated that we could be of the most use to you in your work by providing you with an overview ("tour d'horizon") of pertinent laws and legal considerations.

For our part, we will be satisfied if we can leave you with a few basic guides which you can apply to your work. We will postpone to another day the detailed technical elaboration of one or more of these basic considerations.
