Quantitative Analyses And MTF Study Of Neutron CT With Film Method
Main Article Content
Abstract
Neutron Computed Tomography (neutron CT) was studied with a film method. A set of a Gd metal foil converter and industrial X-ray films was employed as the imaging device for the CT. An automatic camera was devised. The KUR neutron radiography facility was used for imaging and the large scale computer in Nagoya University was used for CT reconstruction. Quantitative analyses of the output CT images were performed for determination of materials and compositions. The MTF of the CT system was studied from reconstructed CT images by using both the Siemens-star method and the Fourier Transform one.
