Proposed Baseline for Large Scale Fuel Channel Replacement of Pickering GS Units 3/4

Abstract

Ontario Hydro has successfully completed removing and replacing the 390 Pressure Tubes (PIT) from both Units 1 and 2 at Pickering G.S. This Large Scale Fuel Channel Replacement Program (LSFCRP) has provided a walth of information and experience which has been used to generate options for future projects. This paper outlines the progress of the LSFCRP in P1 and P2, describes the selected baseline option proposed for P3/P4 and its differences from Pl/P2.
